Conference halls

The conference room at EUTERPĖ that can accommodate up to 50 people is ideal for holding various events, conferences, seminars and employee training sessions. It has a modern ventilation system, video equipment and both wireless and wired Internet.

Possible seat arrangements: “theatre” - 50 people, “U-form” – 30 people, “round table” – 30 people, and “classroom” – 18 people.

We can offer the participants of the conferences/seminars coffee breaks with tasty snacks, and an excellent lunch at the Euterpė restaurant. Coffee breaks can be arranged in the conference room, restaurant or on our closed-off outside terrace. Coffee breaks are always agreed upon with the client. We can offer a wide range of snacks to go with coffee. For the convenience of our clients, we have prepared a number of menu options for lunch breaks, if applicable. Therefore, each client can choose a dish s/he prefers and have a quick and tasty meal.

Prices:

Rental price for a conference room: 70 LTL per 1 hour; 400 LTL for the entire day

If the participants of a conference are staying at the hotel, including their meals at the hotel restaurant, the rental price for a conference room per day is 300 LTL only.

Price of a coffee break for 1 person: from 2.50 LTL (the price includes coffee or tea only). The price of a coffee break depends on the selection of snacks.

Price of a lunch menu for 1 person: from 18 LTL (various menu options available)

Rental prices for the organisational equipment:
